Tally Energy Group PTY LTD’s terms and conditions, presented both here and on the following page, are a crucial part of the agreement between Tally Energy Group PTY LTD ABN 23 652 082 221 (referred to as “us” or “we”) and the customer listed on this Quote/contract (referred to as “you” or “your”).
This agreement commences upon your acceptance of our offer as outlined in this Quote. You can indicate acceptance by paying the deposit, confirming via email, signing, scanning, and sending the Quote to our address by post or email. By accepting the offer, you commit to paying the deposit amount upon entering this agreement.
You agree that you are at least 18 years old and either a registered property owner of the Installation Address or authorized by all registered owners to enter into this agreement. Furthermore, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms of this agreement.
Tally Energy Group can be paid through Electronic Funds Transfer, Bank Cheque, Cash Payment, or Credit Card. You can cancel this agreement within seven business days, even after signing or receiving it. For further details, please refer to our terms and conditions.
We will provide and install the solar PV system as quoted at the Installation Address in the Quote, and we will engage an SAA-accredited installer and designer to design and install it.
Your obligations include
Tally Energy Group will exert reasonable efforts to ensure your system’s timely delivery and installation. You must provide our representative access to the installation address for site inspections, delivery, and installation of the solar PV system as per the terms and conditions of this agreement. Tally Energy Group and its representative will coordinate the system’s connection to the main grid. You are responsible for arranging the connection and electricity installation at your supplier’s address.
This agreement covers the installation, supply, and purchase of the solar PV system entirely. Any changes or modifications to this agreement must be documented in writing and signed by both parties.
